MAX9691ESA+, компаратор 1.2нс Ind SO8The MAX9691ESA+ is a single, ultra fast, ECL output comparator with latch enable in 8 pin NSOIC package. The ultra fast ECL comparator is capable of very short propagation delays. Their design maintains the excellent DC matching characteristics normally found only in slower comparators. This device has differential inputs and complementary outputs that are fully compatible with ECL logic levels. Output current levels are capable of driving 50 ohm terminated transmission lines. The ultra fast operation makes signal processing possible at frequencies in excess of 600MHz. Typical applications include high speed line receivers, peak detectors, threshold detectors and high speed triggers.
