TS372CDTThe TS372CDT is a low power dual CMOS Precision Voltage Comparator designed to operate with single or dual supplies. This differential comparator uses the silicon linMOS process giving them an excellent consumption-speed ratio. This device is ideally suited for low consumption applications.
• Very low supply current — 0.1mA per comparator independent of supply voltage
• Low input offset voltage
• Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
• 150mV Low output saturation voltage
• Output compatible with TTL, MOS and CMOS
• 10¹²R High input impedance
• Fast response time — 200ns for TTL level input step
